Today is the day we got the new calendar out and each day there will be a new message (except for the weekends – there will be just one).
“My self-worth comes from my being, not my doing.”
Workout today: Walked on the treadmill and recorded 2 miles for the 100 mile challenge I signed up for yesterday. Want to join me? Click here!

A few things I’m still keeping an eye out on:
- Amount of sugar in a serving – if it’s more than 4g, I am being cautious
- Amount of protein in a serving – I’m aiming for at least 20g of protein per serving each meal
- Amount of fiber in a serving – I’m doing my best to aim for 20g of fiber each day, but that sure can be difficult!
- If I have a sweet tooth craving, I turn on the keurig and add creamer to my cup of coffee
**I am not a nutritionist or personal trainer by any means and my results can very much vary from anyone else’s. Please keep that in mind and feel free to share this blog with friends!

Topanga Scents – Looking for a new laundry detergent that smells absolutely amazing and has clean ingredients? I absolutely love this laundry detergent! Try a sampler pack to determine which scents you love the most.
Pomifera – Clean face products to use. The shampoo and conditioner are also amazing! There are deals on shipping every so often and is such a great time to stock up on products when that happens.
