Weight Loss Journey – 11.01.2022

Last night I ran across this on Pinterest and wanted to share because this really does make a huge difference.  Becoming disciplined takes time and that will always help, at least get you back on track, when you lose the motivation.

Today’s workout is walking on the treadmill at 3mph at a 4 incline.  Not sure how long I’ll be walking for, since I would like to get at least 10,000 steps in today!

For those that know me, I am not one that is a fan of tossing food… so I skipped out on fruits once again to have the leftover pizza from the other night.

Breakfast:  Rest of the leftover pizza from the other night – there were 3 square pieces left and I used the homemade marinara sauce to dip the pizza.

Lunch:  Leftover beef rib from last week, cutup venison from the other night, Banza Chickpea Mac & Cheese, 1 small avocado, tomatoes, mushrooms with tajin seasoning and buffalo sauce drizzled on top.

Dinner:  Crustless taco pie with tomatoes, onions, homemade salsa and homemade taco sauce.

A few things I’m still keeping an eye out on:

  • Amount of sugar in a serving – if it’s more than 4g, I am being cautious
  • Amount of protein in a serving – I’m aiming for at least 20g of protein per serving each meal
  • Amount of fiber in a serving – I’m doing my best to aim for 20g of fiber each day, but that sure can be difficult!
  • If I have a sweet tooth craving, I turn on the keurig and add creamer to my cup of coffee

Fetch Rewards – Simply scan your receipt and receive points that can earn you amazon gift cards.

Crowdtap – Some surveys are super quick to take – get points and redeem for gift cards.
