Today is somewhat of a lazy Sunday. With it snowing off and on, it made me want to try to make a different healthy snack. This was found when I had searched Pinterest by typing ‘healthy snacks’.

I ended up using a 9 x 13 dish and overall I believe they did turn out pretty good! Are they really healthy though? Considering I used dark brown sugar (since that is all we had) and regular sugar… along with powdered sugar to make the icing, probably not. These were fun to make though! No alcohol was added to these this time… but next time I’ll probably add something! 🙂
