On Tuesday, December 7th, the beer of the day is a Scottish Ale called Dalriada, which is brewed by Hand of Fate Brewing Company out of Petersburg, IL.

At 5.5%, this is a nice beer to sip on.  For a Scottish Ale, it’s not too bitter.  It blends notes of caramel and biscuit with a dose of English hops to create a delicious Scottish style ale.  If you are a fan of these types of beer, definitely grab one – we found this in Southern Illinois.
