On Thursday, December 9th, our beer of the night is a chocolate rye porter by High Cotton Brewing.  This is made out of Memphis, Tennessee.

This porter is OK – it does have a bitter flavor at the end and we are thinking it may be the rye.  At 5.5%, it isn’t too heavy.  If you are a fan of an IPA but not of a porter, try this one out and see what you think.  The can is very cool – it has a design on one side and then another design on the other.
