On Sunday, December 11th I opened the beer for today and for 3 days in a row now, it is once again a great one.  This stout with coffee has 5.7% alc./vol.  If you are a fan of coffee stouts, this is a must to try.  Schlafly is located in St. Louis, MO and they have several different kinds of beer to choose from.  This coffee stout is available seasonally.  One other limited edition is Vanilla Bean Blonde that is really great to drink during the summer months.

For my sister, the shot of the day for her is a coconut vodka… at 35%, I’m hoping it’s keeping her warm up in the chilly Chicago area.
