On Thursday, December 8th I opened today’s beer and it’s called Synchopathic Wild Sour Series from Destihl Brewery out of Bloomington, IL. It is characterized as a dry-hopped sour ale. As I tasted this, it definitely has a sour taste at the end, but it also has a cider-like flavor, too. This beer is one I wouldn’t buy, but it would be one to at least try if you get a chance.

As for my sister, she took a grapefruit and blood orange vodka shot this evening… still waiting to hear how that tasted. 🙂
