On Tuesday, December 21st, the beer of the night is Solera, which is a foeder-aged ale. Who else is a Dragon’s Milk fan? This beer is brewed by New Holland Brewing Company out of Holland, MI.

For a Dragon’s Milk beer, it is good – however, we like the original a lot better.  This one is aged in foeders – however, we can tell the difference when it’s not aged in bourbon barrels.  At 10% ABV, this is a sipper.  If you are a Dragon’s Milk fan and see this one, it’s one to at least give a try.
